Q1. How can I cancel my order?
Please contact us directly at info@chisen-zen.shop to cancel your order. However, once the order has been shipped or is ready for shipment, we are unable to accept cancellations. Therefore, if you need to cancel, please reach out to us as soon as possible after your purchase.
Q2. When will my order be shipped?
Orders are shipped on weekdays (Monday to Friday) and exclude weekends, public holidays, and the New Year holiday period. Orders are dispatched within one business day from our warehouse in Aichi Prefecture.
Q3. What shipping carriers do you use?
We use DHL and FedEx for shipping. The choice of carrier depends on the destination to ensure the quickest delivery.
Q4. How can I track my shipment?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number from DHL or FedEx. You can track your shipment at:

Q6. Can you ship to PO boxes?
We are unable to deliver to PO boxes due to carrier restrictions.
Q7. Can you deliver to APO/FPO addresses?
Shipping to APO/FPO addresses is not possible due to carrier restrictions.

All items are free shipping.
Q9. What happens if my item arrives damaged?
We carefully package items, but if you receive a damaged item, please contact us for a full refund.

Prices do not include import taxes. For the US, purchases over $800 may be taxed at customs. For other countries, import duties vary and are the responsibility of the customer. For precise information, please contact your local customs office. Our sales terms are DAP (duties and taxes unpaid).

You can return an item under certain conditions. We accept returns if the item is defective on arrival or if you wish to return it due to personal reasons within 30 days of receipt. We cover shipping costs for returns due to defects; returns for personal reasons incur shipping charges on the customer.

We do not provide repair services for items.

All items are sourced from verified dealer auctions and undergo thorough authenticity checks. We also conduct in-house inspections to maintain high quality standards. If you have any concerns post-purchase, we accept returns.

We are unable to ship items as gifts.
Q15. Can you ship items with a declared value lower than their actual price?
We cannot ship items with an undervalued declaration to comply with legal standards.
Q16. Can you provide additional video footage of the products?
Due to our commitment to fast shipping, we are unable to provide additional videos of the products stored in our shipping-dedicated warehouse.
